Highland Meadows HOA - ACC Request

An ACC Request is required to be submitted and approved prior to making many types of modifications, changes, repairs, replacements, removals, or additions to your property, especially to the exterior of your home that is viewable from the street.

The governing documents of this community state that you must have written approval from the ACC Committee prior to doing any of this work.

Please reach out to your ACC if you have any questions or concerns about the process and what projects require prior approval. Your ACC will actively work with the homeowners to explain the ACC process and submission requirements.
