Highland Meadows is a subdivision in Colleyville, Texas, located on the corners of Pool and Hall Johnson Roads. Our development, which began in 1985, has 357 houses, with 6 entrances and 21 streets.

The Highland Meadows Homeowners Association (HM HOA) is governed by a board of 7 directors elected annually to serve two-year terms. Our annual meeting is held each year in the fall. Each year the board presents an overview on activities from the year, submits the annual budget for approval, and conduct elections for open directors’ positions. All homeowners are invited and encouraged to attend. Annual dues are currently $400.00.
