NewsletterWe publish an HOA newsletter every other month, which is sent out to people who have registered on this website and opted-in to receive communication through the website. Newsletters are also archived on this website for easy retrieval. |
Social CommitteeThis committee plans neighborhood garage sales in the spring and fall; a fall street dance; a mailbox decorating contest for the 4th of July, and a Welcome Event for new homeowners. If you have an idea for a social activity, we’d love to hear it! Please contact one of the board members. We welcome your help and input for HOA-sponsored social activities. |
VolunteersIn addition to the elected directors, we have approx. 10 committee volunteers who volunteer to serve on one of our committees: Architectural Control Committee, Social, Wall & Landscape, Publicity (Newsletter & Website), Curb Appeal and Welcome. If you have time, we’d love to have your help with the Association. If you have suggestions and comments, we would also love to hear them. Send us an email, write us a letter, come to a board meeting, or better yet, become an Association committee member and help make the HOA better. |
Property Management
We hired CMA Management Company to manage our HOA for us. They collect dues; pay bills; handle resale certificates; obtain bids for contracts; answer homeowner concerns; conduct bi-monthly inspections in Highland Meadows; coordinate ACC requests; and help with financial and legal issues. Webmaster
What is a Webmaster?
A Webmaster is the administrator of a website.
Generally, a webmaster's responsibilities include:
- Register and maintain the website's domain name and email addresses
- Maintain uptime on the web, database, and SMTP farms
- Design the website, or direct page designers and software developers
- Monitor the size of the site to ensure allowed bandwidth and disk space is not exceeded
- Plan future growth, requirements and limitations of the website
The Webmaster cannot answer questions regarding your HOA dues, grant access to the pool, or provide any information about the inner-workings of the HOA, events, budget's, ACC approvals, etc.
