The HOA Board has finally approved the Brick Painting Guidelines, which govern the painting of exterior bricks of a residence within our neighborhood. The document has been filed with the county and is officially part of the Deed Restrictions for our HOA. The Roofing Guidelines were also filed with the count, and both are included in the Documents section of the website
