PODS Container Approval Required
Published: April 06, 2021
Dear HOA Residents:
The HOA Board is aware and fully understands the need for homeowners to have PODS or similar storage containers placed on their property to temporarily store personal items during major reconstruction projects. The HOA Board has a simple procedure in place so that you may receive HOA authorization, and avoid violation fines, to have the POD in an area on your property visible from the street.
Please complete an ACC request through the CMA Management website (https://cma.cincwebaxis.com/highlandmeadows) for the temporary placement of the POD container on your property, to include the dates required and the reason for the container. The ACC request must also include the construction permits issued by the City of Colleyville indicating that the work being done is authorized by the city for the specific time period. Once the work is completed, no later than the expiration of the city issued permits, the POD must be removed from the property or an updated ACC request submitted to extend the authorized time.
If you have any questions concerning this issue, please contact the ACC at the following HOA website address: https://www.highlandmeadowshoa.com/contact-us.aspx
