The Board is publishing the latest enforcement and collection policies document to the members in accordance with the updates from the Texas state laws affecting homeowner association governance. This document has been approved by the Board and filed with the State of Texas by the HOA attorney. There will be a postcard sent to each member with this announcement as well.
