The Highland Meadows HOA Board of Directors would like to welcome the newest member of the Board, Jessica Gettig, who was elected as a Director at the annual meeting in October. Jessica will also be the chair of the Social Committee and has already enlisted new Social Committee members Morgan Cummings and Meredith Dolan to assist in a large scale of events to benefit the neighborhood. I trust everyone will see the increased social calendar with the same appreciation as the Board, and the committee welcomes any other neighbor volunteers that want to be involved. The HOA recently signed a contract with Housewright Group LLC to replace the fence on Whitehaven along the Compass Church parking lot, and construction should begin the week of August 21, 2022. Housewright Group LLC has committed to provide favorable pricing to any resident within the Highland Meadows HOA that can execute a contract within 6 months of completion of our project.
